As our next Senior Marketing Analyst, you won't just be running reports – you'll be the analytical backbone of our marketing team, transforming complex data into actionable insights that directly fuel our continued growth. You will be at the forefront of strategic decision-making, working cross-functionally to measure, optimize, and scale our marketing efforts across all channels. This isn't just about analyzing numbers; it's about shaping our marketing future and seeing your contributions directly impact the company's trajectory.

On a typical day, you might:

    • Lead strategic analysis by conducting deep-dive analysis of marketing performance across all channels, including email marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
    • Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that track key marketing KPIs, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in customer behavior and market conditions to inform strategic marketing decisions.
    • Partner with Marketing Leadership to develop data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and budget allocation.
    • Analyze campaign performance from the initial touchpoint through customer conversion and retention, and monitor and report on marketing attribution across multiple touchpoints and customer journey stages.
    • Collaborate with the demand generation team to optimize lead scoring, nurturing sequences, and conversion funnels.
    • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to understand the full customer lifecycle and marketing's impact on revenue.
    • Support go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature releases, and provide analytical support for pricing strategy, market segmentation, and competitive analysis.
    • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
    • Maintain data integrity across the marketing technology stack, including ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
    • Develop predictive models to forecast campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
    • Stay current with marketing analytics trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our analytical capabilities.
    • Mentor junior team members on analytical methodologies and data interpretation.

The ideal candidate will bring:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
    • 4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
    • Prior experience in B2B SaaS or marketing technology companies is strongly preferred.
    • A proven track record of translating complex data into actionable business insights.
    • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
    • Expert-level skills in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of marketing attribution platforms and methodologies.
    • Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
    • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, with ActiveCampaign experience being a plus.
    • Knowledge of Python, R, or other statistical programming languages is preferred.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing funnel dynamics.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to diverse audiences.
    • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
    • A collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally.
    • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous learning in the evolving marketing landscape.
$96,000 - $132,000 a year
