As the Principal AI Engineer, you'll architect the next generation of agentic AI systems that autonomously optimize marketing campaigns, making enterprise-level AI accessible to SMBs worldwide. You will lead the charge in translating our ambitious vision into tangible, impactful AI products, guiding a team of talented data scientists and product managers to achieve our strategic objectives.
What You'll Build:
- Strategically define and implement our foundational AI data platform, ensuring enterprise-grade scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Drive the development and deployment of production-ready agentic systems that autonomously execute marketing strategies.
- Architect and oversee the creation of robust MLOps pipelines supporting model training, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Prototype and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, specializing in agentic AI systems.
- Advance our LLM capabilities through innovative RAG implementations, fine-tuning strategies, RLHF, and comprehensive model evaluation frameworks.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI technologies, translating academic breakthroughs into practical business solutions.
- Conduct deep statistical analysis to identify the patterns and metrics that drive successful marketing campaigns.
- Own the development of end-to-end data science products from proof-of-concept through production deployment.
- Develop quantitative impact metrics and compelling visualizations that demonstrate clear ROI for SMB clients.
- Champion collaboration with product, engineering and cross-functional organizations, ensuring seamless integration of AI models.
What we're looking for:
- 12+ years of experience building and deploying sophisticated machine learning solutions, with deep experience in agentic systems, NLP, or deep learning.
- Demonstrated success architecting scalable data pipelines and ML platforms that support high-volume model training and inference.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python ecosystem (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) for both research and production systems.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, model fine-tuning, RLHF, comprehensive evaluation frameworks, and drift detection systems.
- Advanced SQL skills and expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
- Deep understanding of database architectures and their trade-offs, plus experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed computing (Spark, Dask).
- Exceptional ability to identify high-impact AI opportunities and translate them into technical solutions that drive significant business value.
- Outstanding skill in translating complex technical concepts into clear business strategies and actionable insights, influencing stakeholders and driving adoption of our AI solutions.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior data scientists in a collaborative, high-impact environment.
- Appreciation for the unique challenges SMBs face in adopting AI, with passion for democratizing access to advanced technology.
