Are you a strategic program manager who excels at transforming complex product initiatives into successful, on-time deliveries? We are looking for an experienced, high-agency Senior Product Delivery Program Manager to join our Product Operations team.
In this role, you won't just be tracking timelines – you'll be the central force orchestrating our most critical and strategic product initiatives from plan to delivery. You will collaborate with leaders across Product, Design, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to establish delivery frameworks, mitigate risks, and maintain clear visibility into program health, ensuring our most ambitious goals become a reality.
On a typical day, you might:
- Architect comprehensive delivery plans for our most complex initiatives, defining workback schedules, key milestones, phase gates, and critical path dependencies.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions with leadership and cross-functional teams to define program scope, success criteria, and resource requirements.
- Drive program execution by proactively identifying and resolving blockers, managing cross-team dependencies, and mitigating risks to keep strategic initiatives on track.
- Maintain clear visibility into program health through regular status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive updates that provide actionable insights into delivery progress.
- Establish and optimize scalable delivery processes and frameworks, creating best practices that improve efficiency across multiple programs.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, product delivery, or a similar technical project management role.
- Deep expertise in program management methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) to effectively manage timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams, including presenting to executive leadership.
- A proven ability to think strategically, understand product strategy, prioritize competing demands, and make data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals.
- A high degree of agency and comfort with ambiguity, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, solve problems independently, and drive results.
