We're looking for an experienced, high agency Product Delivery Program Manager to join our Product Operations team. In this role, you will orchestrate workstreams across Product, Design, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to take our most complex and most strategic product initiatives from plan to delivery. You will be responsible for establishing delivery frameworks, identifying and mitigating risks, unblocking teams and maintaining visibility into program health through effective communication and reporting.

What your day could consist of:

    • Define and implement comprehensive delivery plans, including workback schedules, key milestones, phase gates, and critical path dependencies to ensure complex initiatives are delivered successfully and on time.
    • Facilitate strategic planning sessions with leadership and product teams to define program scope, success criteria, and resource requirements for complex product initiatives.
    • Identify and resolve program blockers by proactively monitoring dependencies, resource constraints, and potential risks, escalating issues and developing solutions to keep initiatives on track.
    • Maintain visibility into program health through regular status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive updates that provide clear insights into delivery progress and strategic outcomes.
    • Manage all program operational tasks, including managing stakeholder alignment, timeline coordination, and tracking cross-team dependencies.
    • Establish and optimize delivery processes for complex initiatives, creating frameworks and best practices that can be scaled across multiple programs.

What is needed:

    • 5+ years of experience in program management, product delivery, or technical project management.
    • Expertise in program management methodologies and tools such as Agile/Scrum, project planning software (Jira, Asana, Monday), and delivery frameworks for managing timelines, dependencies, and risks.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience facilitating alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams, including presenting to executive leadership.
    • Business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to understand product strategy, prioritize competing demands, and make data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals
    • High agency and comfort with ambiguity including the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, solve problems independently, and adapt processes to meet evolving business needs
This is an exciting time to join ActiveCampaign as we build out our new office in Poland. You will be a large part of developing our office culture in this new Krakow hub location.
