What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll bring your expertise and leadership to drive key projects and support our growing team. Here's what you'll be up to:

Leadership & Mentorship:
- Assist in setting product priorities and delivering updates to stakeholders.
- Promote the use of cutting-edge tools and technologies to empower your team.
- Mentor and coach software engineers of varied experience levels.
Foster a collaborative environment where creativity and innovation flourish.

Engineering Excellence:
- Design, write, and test product features.
- Solve complex problems collaboratively with your team.
- Conduct code peer reviews and write automated tests to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot builds, deployments, and manage production incidents.
- Handle support escalations and contribute to solution design.

What We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java/Groovy and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Full-stack development experience and a passion for continual learning.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.

Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Docker, React, Spring Boot, and Atlassian products.
- Prior experience mentoring junior engineers.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
