About the team

Our team is spread across Germany and Croatia, with the latter being a newly formed team dedicated to supporting our ventures sales team. This growing team now consists of 12 highly skilled individuals. Their close collaboration and client-centric approach enable us to effectively serve our German-speaking clients.

About the role

The Sales Assistant will primarily support the Sales team across EMEA with processing customer enquiries and related tasks around the team's day-to-day business.

What you'll be doing

-Qualification and initial response to customer enquiries.
-Preparation of customer requirements for further processing by our sales consultants.
-Coordination and preparation of sales meetings.
-Preparing offers, order confirmations and invoices and sending them to customers.
-Creation of quotes for licenses, license purchase and corresponding documentation.
-Continuous monitoring of open enquiries and active follow-up on open offers.
-Supporting our sales consultants by creating spreadsheets.
-Coordination and administrative support in the processing of tenders.
-Communication with app vendors.

What we're looking for

-Customer and conclusion-oriented manner with an exceptionally high level of self-motivation.
-Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
-Organizational skills and the ability to solve problems are among your competencies.
-Analytical, independent and structured way of working.
-Reliability and initiative as well as teamwork and communication skills are among your strengths.
-Supporting team spirit with your open-minded and communicative manner.
-Confident handling of our digital sales tools.
-Completed commercial training or a comparable degree and first relevant professional experience in a comparable position.
