About the role
As a Senior Atlassian Consultant, you will work as part of a team assisting customers in making best use of the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Desk, Bitbucket, Slack, etc.) in order to deliver value to their business or organization.
You will be helping customers to integrate systems, automate processes, and achieve efficiencies. This typically ranges from providing expert guidance and solution design to “hands-on” work with product setup, migrations, upgrades and performance tuning. You’ll be confident in participating in customer workshops to determine technical and functional requirements and you’ll be able to discuss options and explain trade-offs and constraints. You will also play an important role in presales - understanding client problems, offering solutions, providing estimates, and producing proposals.
The Senior Atlassian Consultant will also guide more junior consultants in their client work, sharing their expertise and offering advice on how best to approach complex scenarios. You’ll also be expected to help shape the way we work here at Adaptavist. In your role, you’ll have visibility into process blockers and inefficiencies, along with the expertise to identify potential solutions.
