***Must have direct Internal Audit / Compliance experience in wealth or investment management solid analytical skills, client-relations skills, and project management  skills***


    • The ideal candidate will have exposure to Wealth Management, investment products and sales support
    • Candidates should also have auditing or compliance experience broadly in Financial Services; experience in sales practices and client contracts; be fluent in advisory products and wealth management
    • Experience auditing digital platforms; entitlements management; assess data quality & patterns, and assess legal contract compliance
    • Provide senior strategic sales cycle support


    • Understand and assess complex contracts and enforce client customer contract  in partnership with sales and customer service team
    • Analyze and evaluate client’s contract with Addepar and determine if the client is in compliance with the contract
    • Ability to forecast client revenue, based on recent history, and surface sales opportunities for sales team
    • Accompany sales executive on calls with client to move the customer into compliance
    • Independently evaluate all Addepar clients for compliance, prioritize client audits, and build communication with sales executive
    • Ability to develop excellent client and internal relationships
    • Deal support (Sales focused)
    • Ability to deliver high quality work within tight timescales and to budget
    • Team player but also able to drive individual level engagements and initiatives
    • Strong auditing skills (including documentation) and Project Management skills are a must
    • Ability to lead and manage company-wide Client Auditing program.


    • CA/ CPA/ MBA/ Finance/ Accounting major with 5-7 years of related work experience in Finance/ Product Control within the Banking and Financial Services industry
    • 2-4 years sales support or deal experience
    • Strong analytical, trend analysis, and spreadsheet skills
    • Ability to develop excellent client and internal relationships
    • Ability to deliver high quality work within tight timescales and to budget
    • Team player but also able to drive individual level engagements and initiatives
