At Addepar, Business Team Coordinators support key leaders within the Business Org and connect the dots for the team as a whole. They are masters at facilitating communication, identifying areas to create efficiencies and are passionate about making their work environment and culture the best it can be.

Responsibilities

    • Administratively support several Business and Legal department leads - calendaring, business travel, expenses and special projects
    • Advanced calendaring and meeting planning for the Business Org and Teams - recurring meetings, trainings
    • High-volume, quick-turnaround external meeting scheduling
    • Cultivate cross-functional relationships between departments and improve communication across teams
    • Create administrative efficiencies and find ways to improve processes
    • Attend select meetings and stay informed - take notes, send reminders and identify follow-ups
    • Advanced travel coordination and team oversight utilizing Egencia - help the Business team follow company travel policy and best practices
    • Assist Business HR and Events team - special projects, team-building offsites and other events
    • Collaborate with other Coordinators/Administrative Assistants in all offices
    • Maintain high standards of confidentiality and client information security
    • Work with the Operations Team to improve and manage the team spaces as we scale
    • Be an integral part of the Business culture

Knowledge & Skills

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
    • Passion for collaboration, teamwork and improving processes
    • Desire to create solutions and build a great company
    • Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Google Office Suite
    • Experience supporting a sales team preferred but not mandatory
    • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented
    • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and change direction quickly
    • Strong communicator and creative problem solver
    • Proactive and self-directed with an ability to take direction
    • Humility, ability to learn from mistakes, a sense of humor
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
