ASEF, or the Addepar Software Engineering Fellowship, is a fast-paced rotational program for new graduate software engineers. It will set you and a small group of highly talented peers on the path towards software engineering mastery. After intensive training on different topics in finance and software engineering, fellows will spend two six-month long rotations on different engineering teams. Finally, you'll participate in a matching process to determine your permanent assignment. Throughout the program, frequent events will encourage continued learning, collaboration, and cohesiveness.
