Job Description:
ADDX is seeking a highly motivated and creative Investment Content Specialist who possesses a unique blend of expertise in financial markets, investment writing, digital sales, and a strong client-focused mindset. As an Investment Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in writing and educating our investors across emails, blogs, social media, videos etc., co-creating and executing our digital content strategy, with a focus on appealing to new and existing clients, and enhancing their understanding of alternative investment opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to shape digital engagement with potential investors in the fast-evolving world of financial markets.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Writing & Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content related to financial markets and alternative investments. This includes articles, blog posts, social media, event invites, videos, infographics, and more.
2. Digital Sales & Content Strategy: Work with our Head of Consumer Group, investment and marketing colleagues to complement our digital and offline strategies with content to reach and attract potential clients. Plan and execute campaigns aimed at acquiring new clients and activating existing clients through various online channels.
3. Client Engagement: Cultivate a deep understanding of our client base and co-develop a strategy that speaks to their interests and needs and aligns with ADDX's consumer business goals. Engage with our client account managers to gather feedback and improve content.
4. SEO and Analytics: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and use analytics tools to track the performance of content, making data-driven improvements.
5. Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to financial regulations and compliance standards and maintain updated knowledge of relevant industry guidelines.
6. Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with trends in the digital marketing space, and financial markets and investment landscape.
Requirements:
1. Financial Knowledge: A good understanding of financial markets and the financial industry; knowledge on investment products and alternative investments a big plus.
2. Content Writing: Good investment writing and content creation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a broader audience.
3. Digital Marketing or Sales Experience: 3-4 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, including campaign planning, social media, email marketing, and SEO strategies a big plus.
4. Client Focus: A client-centric mindset with the ability to empathize with client needs and preferences to create client-driven content.
5. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics.
6. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving client needs and market conditions.
7. Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
8. A Degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; experience in the financial or fintech industry a big plus.
