Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Community Creator and Manager with a strong emphasis on community development and management, alongside marketing campaign expertise, to play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and growth for ADDX on a global scale. This position will primarily focus on fostering a thriving community and, secondarily, developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for our latest web3.0 venture – ADDX.GO, to help achieve ADDX's ambitious performance targets, while catering to a worldwide audience.
 
Deliverables:
Develop and execute a comprehensive Community Engagement Plan to create a global user community with the goal of reaching 100k users.
Cultivate an active and engaged global user community, prioritizing community-driven growth to achieve the 100k user milestone.
Foster a sense of belonging and loyalty among ADDX.Go users, aiming to convert 2% of ADDX Go users into ADDX Platform customers.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance ADDX Go's global brand awareness and reputation by establishing relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders worldwide.
Create an influencer marketing ecosystem for ADDX Go to facilitate user growth.
 
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement community-focused strategies and initiatives to drive global user engagement.
Identify community channels for ADDX.Go
Collaborate with influencers and partners from diverse regions to expand the ADDX.Go global user community.
Forge strong partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and influencers worldwide to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives and ensure deliverables are met within budget.
Manage the community to maintain a high level of engagement and a strong sense of community belonging.
Develop and execute PR strategies that align with ADDX Go's global brand narrative and user acquisition goals.
Manage crisis communications effectively to safeguard the company's global reputation.
Evaluate the impact of content across various channels, identify areas for improvement, and recommend necessary adjustments.
Collaborate closely with other ADDX Group entities to drive referral and reward activities, converting ADDX.Go users worldwide into ADDX platform users.
 
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
5 years experience in community management and marketing with a strong global perspective.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin expertise is an advantage), enabling effective engagement with a diverse international audience.
Innovative thinker with the ability to develop and execute creative marketing, community, and PR strategies that can be adapted globally.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment, embracing diversity and cultural differences.
Exceptional attention to detail.
A passion for community building and a willingness to learn from experimentation and fast iteration.
