Reporting to our Group Chief Executive Officer, you will take responsibility for expanding our clients base, achieving revenue growth target and providing leadership for our Enterprise solution sales teams within Singapore and regionally. 
This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for growing ADDX’s solution business and expanding our reach to other regions as well. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales plan and go-to-market growth strategies. You will be responsible for identifying new clients, developing new business relationships in target segments through direct field sales, channel partnerships and existing contacts to drive revenue growth and achieve targets. 
Responsibilities 
 
Strategy & Business Development 
·       Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market growth strategy & solution business sales plan for growth acceleration that is aligned with ADDX’s strategic business goals & objectives. 
·       Leverage industry experience, domain expertise and senior level relationships to elevate our presence in the market and investors overall. 
·       Identify market opportunities for expansion and growth by developing & fostering new business relationships as well as existing contacts in target segments. 
Revenue Growth & Commercial Leadership 
·       Responsible for revenue growth and new sales target achievement on an annual and quarterly basis. 
·       Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities through a direct sales motion and existing contacts. This includes evaluating and establishing strategic partnerships with your current contacts of clients such as asset managers, multi and single-family offices and other financial intermediaries such as securities firms and fund administration companies.  
·       Responsible for achievement of pipeline generation & coverage, account development and planning, sales performance and forecasting goals. 
·       Review and enhance effectiveness and productivity of sales processes and tools. 
 
Role Requirements 
·       Minimum of 10 years of proven track record and experience in delivering solution sales to small/mid-size/institutional financial institutions.  
·       Have a strong network of clients in Singapore and Asia. 
·       Proven track record of developing and executing business plans, strategy and delivering revenue growth. 
·       Strong ownership mindset and proven track record of solution sales, and regional coverage. 
·       Enjoy a fast-paced environment of sales and strategic thinking 
·       Possess excellent business acumen with organizational skill. 
·       Stakeholder management 
·       Agile and Entrepreneurial mindset. 
·       Experience in building and leading a high performing sales team to drive revenue growth across multiple product line and client segment. 
·       Organized and structured team leader, coach, and mentor with great capacity to drive strategic focus & deliver results. 
·       Passionate about finding new business opportunities, establishing new partnership ventures, building trusted relationships with investors to drive investment strategy and innovation. 
·       Experience in capital markets and good understanding of financial services regulations are preferred. 
·       This is a regional position, based in Singapore.
