Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager of Corporate Strategy and Planning to join our
team. This role will focus on identifying, evaluating, and executing growth opportunities to drive the
company's strategic objectives. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
to deliver impactful projects, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the company’s long-
term success.
Key Responsibilities:
•Project Management: Oversee the execution of high-priority strategic initiatives, ensuring
they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals. Coordinate with
internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
•Internal Communication & Alignment: Serve as a communication bridge between senior
leadership and internal teams, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across all
departments.
•Strategic Support: Partner with senior management to provide data-driven insights and
strategic recommendations on key business initiatives and organizational priorities.
•Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify organizational challenges and
collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
•Operational Excellence: Continuously assess and streamline internal processes, identifying
areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Ensure
effective resource allocation and project prioritization.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments to drive alignment and
ensure the successful execution of corporate initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
•5–6 years of experience in the financial sector or startup environment.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence
stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think
critically under pressure.
•Proven experience with project management and delivering complex initiatives on time and
within budget.
