Job Summary 
 
We are seeking an analyst to assist in organization and execution for the organization, and in client onboarding. This role will play a critical part in supporting the team's efforts in product origination and transaction execution for the ADDX platform. The responsibilities will span from analyzing potential issuers and their products' suitability for listing to working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to execute deals and structure transactions effectively. 
 
Responsibilities:  

Support the team in its product origination effort, including: - 

- Product Analysis: Analyse the suitability of potential issuers and their products to be listed.  

- Due Diligence Check: Undertake transaction due diligence and analysis.  

Support the team in transaction execution and deal structuring, including: - 

- Collaborative Partnership: Work cross-functionally with internal Business Operations, Finance, Governance Department, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams, and with external stakeholders (e.g., C-suites and executives of fund managers). This includes collaborating on initiatives to improve the onboarding and periodic review process and streamline documentation requirements for ADDX Advantage and issuance customers.  

- Collaboration with Legal: Support problem-solving and structuring for issuances and assisting with legal and other execution matters including the review of issuance documentation from a commercial angle.  

- Evaluate Listings: Prepare financial models to evaluate the economics of a listing on the ADDX platform. 

- Marketing Materials: Draft and coordinate marketing materials.  

- Onboarding and Transaction Execution: Continuously improve and refine the issuer onboarding and transaction execution process. This will involve supporting the onboarding and periodic review of ADDX Advantage and issuance customers on the ADDX platform. 

- Open-Ended Funds: To report total Open-Ended Funds subscription and redemption orders on the respective Fund’s window closing date, and to publish Open-Ended Funds NAV and complete subscription/redemption orders. This will also involve completing Distribution Pay-out for Open-Ended Funds with a distribution share class. 

Requirements: 

- A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or other related fields.  

- Preferably 1 to 2 years of work experience in financial advisory, investment banking, management consulting or other related fields.  

- Good business understanding of the capital markets - market structure, key players, and products, with knowledge of the business/operating models of different financial institutions. 

- Highly motivated self-starter and team player who is able and keen to work in a fast-paced, challenging yet collaborative environment. 

- Strong communication skills in both written and oral formats, with good attention to detail.
