Job Description:
 
ADDX is seeking a highly driven and high-performing Digital Marketing Manager who possesses a unique blend of expertise in marketing tools, digital sales experience, data analysis, project management and a strong client-focused mindset. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in co-creating and executing campaigns, and rethinking marketing and digital sales strategies that can help the Consumer Group attract new clients and activate existing ones. This is an exciting opportunity to shape digital engagement with potential investors in the fast-evolving world of financial markets.

Responsibilities:
 
1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive acquisition and activation across all customer touchpoints.

2. Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (including email, ads, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing) with proficiency using customer engagement platforms and design tools (e.g. Braze and Figma).

3. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and channels and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

4. Content Distribution across Online Channels: Oversee the distribution of engaging and relevant digital content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.

5. Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Ops, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Issuance teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

6. Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of both financial services industry trends and digital marketing best practices and be aware of emerging technologies in digital marketing space to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

7. Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives.
 
Requirements:
 
1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

2. Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with 3-4 years of work experience in a similar role.

3. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and best practices, including content marketing, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.

4. Proficiency and experience with suite of marketing tools (i.e. Braze, Figma, Google Analytics, etc.) and experience in analyzing and interpreting data to drive insights and decision-making.

5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, and articulate digital marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.

6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

8. Knowledge of financial services industry, digital marketing regulations, compliance requirements, and privacy laws preferred.
