Position Summary

Adept is growing and we need a recruiter to hire amazing talent for our team. This role will be responsible for creating an efficient and organized recruiting process and contribute to talent projects across the organization. 

What you'll achieve

    • Manage the full-cycle engineering recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to closing
    • Guide candidates throughout the recruiting process, deeply understanding the unique motivations, interests and needs of each candidate and how to get them interested in Adept
    • Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and serve as a thought partner to advise on hiring strategies
    • Analyze recruiting metrics and talent market data to guide your work and drive strategic conversations with hiring partners
    • Manage relationships with all recruiting vendors and agencies
    • Give regular progress updates on pipeline metrics and suggest improvements to processes, keeping an eye on scalability and quality
    • Drive the business towards meeting hiring objectives with an emphasis on diversity, equality, belonging, and inclusion

Skills you'll need to bring

    • 5+ years of professional experience sourcing, qualifying, and closing exceptional technical talent
    • A data-driven approach to your work - you realize that hiring can be a subjective process, and you do all you can to make it as objective and quantitative as possible
    • Collaborative mindset and great rapport-building skills with fellow team members, hiring partners, and candidates
    • Sensitive to the challenges and needs of growing business, especially those of a scaling start-up disrupting an industry
    • A mindset that no project is too small, nor any problem too big to work through
    • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment
    • Interest in working in the SF office most days of the week
    • Nice to have: Experience working with Lever
