Responsabilities
- Lead the resolution of complex campaign performance issues, going beyond investigation to provide strategic solutions and optimizations;
- Oversee the monitoring of campaign pacing and delivery, ensuring not only that client objectives and budget targets are met but also that insights are generated to inform future strategies;
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with clients in Mexico, acting as a trusted advisor and primary technical liaison;
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and the development of best practices within the programmatic team;
- Drive innovation by contributing to the development and implementation of new tools and processes to enhance campaign performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years in Programmatic or Campaign Management roles in digital advertising;
- Exceptional technical expertise, with proven experience in mastering DSPs and driving substantial client performance improvements;
- In-depth proficiency in The Trade Desk, Google DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP, and other DSPs;
- Comprehensive and strategic understanding of the programmatic landscape, including advanced knowledge of DSPs, DMPs, RTB, tagging, and bidding;
- Advanced experience in data onboarding and audience targeting, including working with hashed emails, Mobile Advertising IDs (MAIDs), and other data sources;
- Strong data interpretation and analytical skills, with extensive experience using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools;
- Proven ability to quickly learn new products and intuitively understand feature functionalities;
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with significant experience collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders and explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences;
- Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams;
- Strong command of both written and spoken Spanish and English.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in managing or coordinating a team, even a small one, is highly desirable;
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and understanding of data, triggers, and events configuration;
- Familiarity in HTML, JavaScript, Python, SQL.
