We are looking for a Revenue Growth Engineering Manager to architect, scale and continuously improve the systems and processes that underpin our commercial performance.

This highly cross-functional role blends strategic thinking, systems architecture, and hands-on operational execution. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Tech to design and implement scalable, data-driven processes that directly impact our commercial performance and growth trajectory.

You will report directly to a member of the Executive Team and act as a connective force, helping the business identify high-leverage opportunities, translate them into structured initiatives, and operationalise them through clean data, integrated systems, and repeatable workflows.

This role requires someone who can fluidly navigate between high-level strategy and technical implementation: identify leverage points, define the data model and workflows to support them, and use tools or code to automate, integrate, and embed solutions into the company’s operating rhythm.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Designing, optimising, and automating revenue-critical processes across the full customer lifecycle — from lead capture and scoring, pipeline and deal management, onboarding, upsell, and retention.
    • Owning and evolving the internal tech stack that powers our commercial engine, including CRM systems, analytics/reporting layers, and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make).
    • Ensuring process and data consistency across systems, teams, and markets; establishing shared definitions and ownership for core revenue metrics.
    • Creating actionable performance dashboards and reporting workflows that support Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the Executive Team.
    • Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for simplification, growth, and operational scale.
    • Supporting cross-functional initiatives that align the go-to-market strategy with execution, including territory planning, incentive design, and system integration.
    • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure scalable architecture and data flows, including defining schema and ensuring clean system integrations between marketing, sales, and finance platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

    • We’re looking for someone who naturally operates at the intersection of finance, business, technology, and product. You understand how strategic objectives translate into day-to-day operations and how to build the connective tissue between systems, teams, and decisions

    • .Experience and qualifications
    • 4–7 years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, growth strategy, or a related role, ideally in a high-growth environment or a top-tier consulting firm.
    • Proven success in designing and scaling internal commercial processes across sales, marketing, or customer functions.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and business reporting platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
    • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL fluency is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with integration and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Tray.io).Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects with stakeholders across Finance, Product, Tech, and Commercial teams.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to structure, present, and implement operational models.
    • Strong sense of ownership and a proactive, systems-oriented mindset.
    • Fluent English (company language).

    • Preferred qualifications:
    • Background in consulting, strategic finance, business operations, or product operations.
    • Experience in SaaS, martech, or digital media environments.
    • Knowledge of API integrations or scripting (e.g., Python) is a plus.
    • Ability to design basic database structures (e.g., plan a simple relational schema in SQL) and an understanding of how systems connect and exchange data.
    • Basic proficiency in a programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, PHP); hands-on coding experience is a strong advantage.
