As a Senior Sales Manager at Adlook, a leading ad tech company, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth by strategically developing business with upper-funnel focus clients and agencies. Utilizing Adlook's innovative advertising solutions, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships, and securing new business.

What you'll do

    • Build awareness and adoption of Adlook branding solutions with advertisers and agencies through client presentations, conference attendance, and direct sales efforts
    • Drive new business
    • Engage with senior advertiser executives to drive deal growth
    • Identify and prioritize efforts to connect with key decision-makers across large corporate advertisers and media agencies as a subject matter expert in the marketplace, educating businesses about Adlook offerings and staying informed about industry trends

Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in digital ad sales with a proven track record of success in selling to brands and agencies.
    • Understanding the programmatic ecosystem
    • Excellent media and communication skills
    • Consultative and diagnosis-driven selling approach
    • Strong relationship-building skills within brands and agencies
    • Enthusiasm about the fundamentals of sales, adept at measuring effectiveness and comfortable engaging with potential clients
    • Ability to thrive in a startup team environment, embracing change and autonomy
    • Excellent presentation skills with confidence in executive-level interactions
    • Fluent German and English
