As a Senior Manager, Client Development at Adlook, a leading ad tech company, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth by strategically developing business with upper-funnel focus clients and agencies.
Utilizing Adlook's innovative advertising solutions, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships, and securing new business.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow the assigned book of agency business via the development of account management, business development and commercial strategies;
- Take charge of maintaining and expanding the client portfolio within the agency, assuming the role of a strategic advisor to facilitate brief conversations, programmatic execution, and overall campaign success with Adlook;
- Serve as the primary point of contact at Adlook for a book of business, addressing technical and commercial inquiries with utmost professionalism and efficiency;
- Enable and provide valuable insights to clients regarding campaign enhancements and optimizations by becoming an expert in Adlook solutions;
- Build client-facing material and best practices to grow client business;
- Provide continual training to clients as new features get rolled out;
- Support the regional commercial team during the sales lifecycle through technical expertise and the ability to provide solutions to problems;
- Facilitate effective communication with cross-functional leaders, actively engaging in collaborative problem-solving to address business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and collectively drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in ad tech (ideally in a DSP, SSP, measurement, ad serving solutions, data provider);
- Experience working with agencies, with a proven track of growing adoption of programmatic solutions within a complex agency matrix via commercial engagement;
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team and industry groups;
- Experience in developing strategically grounded, insight-driven solutions;
- Fluent French and English required
- Vast technical and commercial understanding of the programmatic industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, influencing and negotiation skills.
