Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years in Programmatic or Campaign Management roles in digital advertising
    • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to master DSPs and drive client performance improvements
    • Very good analytical and problem solving skills
    • Experience in data onboarding and optimizing campaign performance using various data sources with a proactive attitude.
    • Proficiency in The Trade Desk, Google DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP, or other DSPs
    • Solid understanding of the programmatic landscape, including DSPs, DMPs, RTB, tagging, and bidding
    • Strong data interpretation skills using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools
    • Natural aptitude for learning new products and understanding feature functionality
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders
    • Fluent Polish and English in both speaking and writing
    • Location- Warsaw or nearby (hybrid working model with min. 2 days a week working in the office)

Nice To Have:

    • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and understanding of data, triggers, and events configuration
    • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL

Responsibilities:

    • Investigate and resolve campaign performance issues, including discrepancies, frequency analyses, publisher and host performance, tag drop-offs, and more
    • Monitor campaign pacing and delivery to achieve client objectives and budget targets
    • Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless tracking code integration and provide troubleshooting support when needed
    • Act as a technical liaison for client-facing teams
    • Contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and the development of best practices within the programmatic team
