As a Sales Manager, Direct Clients at Adlook, a leading ad tech company, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth by strategically developing business with upper-funnel focus clients.
Utilising Adlook's innovative advertising solutions, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships, and securing new business.

Key Responsibilities

    • Build awareness and adoption of Adlook Outcomes branding solution with advertisers through client presentations, conference attendance, and direct sales efforts.      
    • Drive new business in Spain
    • Engage with senior advertiser executives to drive deal growth,        
    • Identify and prioritize efforts to connect with key decision-makers across large corporate advertisers as a subject matter expert in the marketplace, educating businesses about Adlook offerings and staying informed about industry trends.   

Qualifications & Skills

    • Proven experience in digital ad sales with a track record of success in selling to clients
    • Established relationships within the Spanish market
    • Understanding the programmatic ecosystem is required      
    • Media and communication experience is essential.      
    • Consultative selling approach      
    • Strong relationship-building skills within brands directly 
    • Enthusiastic about the fundamentals of sales, adept at measuring effectiveness, and comfortable engaging with potential clients.     
    • Ability to thrive in a startup team environment, embracing change and autonomy.      
    • Excellent presentation skills with confidence in executive-level interactions.
