As a Sales Manager at Adlook, a leading ad tech company, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth by strategically developing business with upper-funnel focus clients and agencies. Utilising Adlook's innovative advertising solutions, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships, and securing new business.

Responsibilities

    • Build awareness and adoption of Adlook branding solutions with advertisers and agencies through client presentations, conference attendance, and direct sales efforts  
    • Drive new business  
    • Engage with senior advertiser executives to drive deal growth  
    • Identify and prioritize efforts to connect with key decision-makers across large corporate advertisers and media agencies as a subject matter expert in the marketplace, educating businesses about Adlook offerings and staying informed about industry trends 

Qualifications & Skills

    • 3+ years of experience in digital ad sales with a proven track record of success in selling to brands and agencies. Understanding the programmatic ecosystem  
    • Excellent media and communication skills  
    • Consultative and diagnosis-driven selling approach   
    • Strong relationship-building skills within brands and agencies  
    • Enthusiasm about the fundamentals of sales, adept at measuring effectiveness and comfortable engaging with potential clients  
    • Ability to thrive in a startup team environment, embracing change and autonomy  
    • Excellent presentation skills with confidence in executive-level interactions  
    • Native Italian and English
    • Travel and onsite client meetings
