We’re looking for a Head of Marketing/Marketing Team Manager  to lead international marketing initiatives across EMEA and the US as well as the team of Marketing Project Managers. You’ll coordinate cross-regional projects, manage events, oversee digital campaigns, and collaborate with external agencies and sales teams.

Your responsibilities:

    • Implement and execute marketing initiatives in line with short- and long-term strategy.
    • Manage a team of marketing professionals
    • Coordinate cross-regional and cross-functional marketing projects in EMEA and the US.
    • Manage the company’s presence at international events and organize company-hosted events in global markets, including marketing materials preparation.
    • Oversee collaboration with subcontractors, partners, and external agencies on various marketing projects.
    • Coordinate digital marketing efforts in cooperation with external agencies.
    • Lead ABM team activities.
    • Support content creation (case studies, articles, reports, industry commentary, blog & Linkedin posts)", etc.).
    • Supervise project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
    • Analyze marketing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
    • Support leadership in personal branding efforts with global and local PR agencies.
    • Maintain close collaboration with local sales leadership.

What We Are Looking For::

    • Minimum 6 years of experience in b2b marketing or communication and 2 years+ of people leadership experience
    • Proven record of international programme management and hitting pipeline goals
    • Data-driven mindset—you test, learn, and optimise relentlessly
    • Strong project-management chops; Agile or Scrum familiarity is a plus
    • Good knowledge of wide range of B2B communications tools & platforms - from ABM, LinkedIn to industry & own Events and PR
    • Hands-on expertise with events, content marketing, SEM/paid social, email nurture, and web analytics
    • Comfort with CRM & marketing automation (HubSpot or Salesforce/Pardot)
    • Fluent English & Polish; other major language will be an asset
    • Excellent stakeholder communication and agency-management skills
