Preparation, processing, coordinating and assisting with documentation for the group’s entities. In particular, working on commercial contracts with clients (agencies and advertisers) in different jurisdictions
Ensuring consistency in documentation throughout the regions and compliance with local-specific regulations
Creation and updating of procedures and documentation templates
Preparation of reports, analyses, summaries etc. for the internal needs of the group’s companies
Monitoring changes in the law which may apply to the business of the group’s companies
Cooperation with respect to particular Compliance matters
Providing legal support to the group’s stakeholders and employees on related matters
Cooperation with Head of Legal Business Operations, legal, corporate and privacy team members, and other teams, in particular the sales and financial / tax departments

Approx. 4-8 years of experience in legal practice, preferably an international in-house experience, ideally within the ad tech industry
Experience in working in an international environment in different jurisdictions
Thorough knowledge and understanding of law and practical aspects, especially with special regard to commercial contracts, intellectual property, agency collaboration, and advertising market regulations
Very good command of English in speaking and writing (min. C1)
Knowledge of other foreign languages (especially Spanish or Portuguese) would be an additional asset
Practical knowledge of MS Office and Gmail tools
Good communication skills and ability to present legal opinion in a short and simplified manner
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and proper judgement
Proactiveness and flexibility
Ability to meet deadlines and reliability in work performance
