WHAT WILL YOU DO

    • Proactively seek out new affiliate advertising partners and opportunities in the market
    • Point of contact for new partner relationships
    • Own and manage a portfolio of existing partners
    • Monitor conversions and provide feedback to increase revenue
    • Lead tactical negotiations
    • Provide regular, actionable recommendations to ensure maximum affiliate promotion and revenue
    • Monitor monthly performance and earnings reports
    • Proactively share knowledge & findings with a team of Affiliate Managers
    • Track competition on changes and plan changes to improve performance
    • Ad-hoc reporting to senior management

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

    • 3+ year of experience in Affiliate/Account Management or Sales
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience up-selling deals with partners
    • Proactive and confident communicator across all levels of seniority, both internally and externally with partners
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and the ability to make data-driven decisions based on paid and organic traffic performance
    • Great numeric and statistical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
    • Able to make decisions that take entire company's strategy into account
    • Profound in problem solving and data analysis
    • Capable of planning personal goals and set initial priorities
    • Strong organisational & time management skills

GROSS SALARY

    • 2500 - 4000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
