WHAT WILL YOU DO

    • Take lead on full-cycle recruitment tasks, with support from senior team members when needed
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and help shape an efficient, candidate-friendly recruitment process
    • Write clear and engaging job descriptions that reflect the needs and tone of each role
    • Identify the best sourcing strategies and actively search for candidates via job boards, social media, and internal databases
    • Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and lead initial screening calls to assess fit and interest
    • Coordinate interview processes, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams
    • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment journey
    • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate records and smooth collaboration
    • Help build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs
    • Be an ambassador of the company culture and values, representing the brand professionally and positively in every interaction

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

    • Experience in recruitment, HR, or a related role would be considered as a plus
    • Interest in talent acquisition and eagerness to grow your sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and stay organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Lever is a bonus)
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks with guidance when needed
    • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from others
    • Great communication skills, both written and spoken, in English

GROSS SALARY

    • 2100 - 2500 Eur Gross. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
