Business Development Team

A proactive and growth-driven team focused on identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market reach. Collaborating closely with marketing and content teams, we evaluate current strategies, explore fresh avenues for growth, and forge valuable partnerships. Through strategic planning, data-driven insights, and agile execution, we play a key role in shaping the company’s direction and driving sustainable success.

You

In this role, you will identify missed opportunities for revenue growth across digital channels, partner relationships, and publisher pages. You will work to optimize and combine partnerships across various channels and categories. Additionally, you will analyze sales performance across digital platforms, providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

    • Analyze digital publisher page layouts and optimize product line-ups
    • Assess the performance of sales across digital performance channels
    • Develop and maintain revenue performance dashboards and reports
    • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for revenue optimization
    • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to implement data-driven decisions
    • Track KPIs and provide insights on revenue drivers and optimization tactics

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

    • Proven experience in digital revenue analysis, performance marketing, or a related field
    • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets
    • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker, or similar
    • Understanding of digital monetization models, including affiliate marketing, programmatic advertising and direct ad sales
    • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate effectively
    • Proactive mindset with a keen interest in digital media and revenue optimization
    • Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies
    • Python knowledge would be considered as a plus

GROSS SALARY

    • 3000-4350 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
