Product Design Team
We design with purpose and support our work with data. We combine clear, usable interfaces with strong user experience to deliver measurable results. We work closely with business and development teams, test ideas, and refine them based on evidence.
You
You are an expert in conversion rate optimization with a strong understanding of UX and UI. You know how to translate user behavior and analytics into actionable design improvements. You are confident in planning and executing A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing results, and turning insights into high-impact design decisions. You communicate findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders, always balancing user experience with measurable outcomes.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing efforts to evaluate and optimize design performance
- Own the A/B testing process: build and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned to companies goals; orchestrate cross-functional delivery, QA, and timelines
- Collaborate closely with designers, business, and development teams to identify testing opportunities and define success metrics
- Use research, behavioral data, and analytics to uncover user pain points and growth opportunities
- Present well-reasoned design recommendations backed by evidence, offering clear options and trade-offs
- Ensure all designs are optimized for conversion and usability while maintaining a high aesthetic standard
- Contribute to building and refining testing and optimization processes within the team
- Help maintain alignment between design systems, performance goals, and business outcomes
- Stay up to date on CRO trends, tools, and best practices, applying them where they bring measurable value
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, growth, or A/B testing roles (ideally within a design-driven environment)
- Strong foundation in UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to analyze results, identify patterns, and translate them into actionable insights
- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A portfolio or track record of optimization projects that show measurable business impact
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to help shape team processes for optimization

GROSS SALARY
- From 2900 EUR/month. Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
