You
As a Manual QA Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring our software meets the highest quality standards through thorough manual testing. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and product managers, catching issues early and ensuring smooth delivery. With a sharp eye for detail and a focus on user experience, you’ll help guarantee quality at every stage, delivering reliable results in a fast-paced environment
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Perform manual testing of newly implemented features to ensure functionality and usability
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the team to resolve them
- Analyze test results and report on quality metrics, providing feedback to continuously improve product quality
- Stay updated on testing best practices and methodologies to enhance QA processes
- Contribute to release planning by identifying risks, setting priorities, and giving realistic estimations for QA timelines
- Test new functionality to ensure high quality and smooth workflow integration, delivering a seamless user experience
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- 1+ years of experience in manual software testing with a focus on functional, integration, and regression testing
- Experience with test case design, execution, and defect tracking
- Experience with bug tracking and project management tools such as ClickUp or JIRA
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail with the ability to spot and document issues clearly
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Proactive attitude toward identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements in the QA process or product
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) is a plus
- Basic understanding of version control systems like Git is a plus

GROSS SALARY
- 2200 - 2700 Eur Gross. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
