A strategic and results-driven sales leader with a proven ability to exceed targets and inspire teams. You thrive in dynamic environments, know how to build strong client relationships, and can balance hands-on deal execution with guiding your team toward long-term success.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Own and drive revenue targets across digital publishing products, content marketing services, and advertising solutions
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline focusing on B2B mid-market clients
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team with a player-coach mentality
- Establish sales processes, playbooks, and methodologies for consistent success in digital media sales cycles
- Implement best practices in forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions for digital publishing and content marketing solutions
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand presence
- Provide market insights and feedback to drive product development and positioning
- Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to leadership on sales performance and market trends
- Ensure accountability and transparency in all sales activities and outcomes
- Continuously optimize sales processes based on performance data and client feedback
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- 3-5 years of B2B, digital products or media sales experience
- Track record in digital products
- Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder with strong executive presence
- Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments
- Results-driven with a collaborative, team-building approach
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity in a growing company
- Experience selling to marketing departments, agencies is a plus
- Digital media or digital publishing sales experience is a plus
- Understanding performance and content marketing is a plus

GROSS SALARY
- From 4100 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
