Adventus is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with strong SEO experience to develop and improve our Google rankings. Headquartered in Singapore, we have expanded to 13 other countries. As part of the growth team, you will have the opportunity to own and drive SEO across all markets and see the actual impact you bring to the company.

Responsibilities

    • Plan, design and execute Online Marketing Campaigns and Webinars
    • Plan and execute Social Media Marketing campaigns for platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube
    • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting traffic through calls-to-action and lead generation content
    • Develop and execute a holistic SEO strategy
    • Keywords Research, Keywords Proposal, Keywords Mapping
    • On-Page Recommendation: Meta Data Optimisation, Image Optimisation, Content Optimisation, Sitemap.xml Installation & Robots.txt
    • On-Page Implementation: Content link building & Backlinks
    • Research on trending topics for content creation: Articles, website etc
    • Track and report on organic traffic & target keyword ranking
    • Conduct regular technical SEO audits, site analysis, and handle live issues
    • Conduct backlink auditing and link building campaigns
    • Work with the technical team to identify site issues (e.g. load speeds, duplicate content) and ensure new code is optimised
    • Keep abreast of current search engine optimization strategies and methods
    • Develop and improve SEO processes & procedures wherever possible
    • Support all other marketing-related activities

Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related from a local Singapore university (NUS, NTU, SMU, SUTD and SIT)
    • No relevant full-time working experience is required
    • Must possess knowledge or experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Advantageous to possess internship experience in SEO and/or web content management
    • Advantageous to possess experience in Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO Analytic Tools like AHREFS and SEMRush
    • Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc
    • Great written and verbal communication skills
    • Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking clients)
    • Sharp attention to details
    • Highly self-motivated with strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
    • Comfortable working individually and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
