Job Responsibilities

    • Perform desktop, printing and peripherals support.
    • 1st/2nd level support and resolution, whether on-site or from the office, to technical issues involving desktop clients, standard and client applications, and hardware issues.
    • Provide technical service to end users, troubleshooting issues related to personal computers, applications and IP phones.
    • Manage Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, MS Office Applications, network connectivity, printer mapping etc.
    • Manage email messaging configurations and troubleshooting issues for Outlook.
    • Manage desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis.
    • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

    • Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience will be preferred.
    • Good working knowledge in computer systems & Corp network environment.
    • Good interpersonal skills and Customers focus personality.
    • Able to work independently as well as a team.
    • Positive learning attitude.
