What do we do at Customaite?
As a niche player in Belgium, we have developed an exceptionally strong product for the customs market, which is already being successfully used by several clients. We strongly believe in further expanding our product both nationally and internationally. To strengthen our brand even further, we are looking for an all-round marketer to launch our product globally.
Our product is locally developed, allowing you to work closely with our development and sales teams. We have a small team with a true start-up mentality. Customaite is part of the AE Group, allowing you to benefit from the expertise of the marketing team.
You will effectively be a part of this marketing team, but you will have a focus on and report to the Customaite team.
What Do We Expect from You?
- As all-round marketeer for Customaite, you will play a crucial role in building and executing marketing strategies that drive our product’s success from start to finish. Your responsibilities include:
- Organising and supporting various marketing events in Europe. Your love for travel and event coordination will be essential as you take charge of planning, logistics, and execution to ensure impactful and engaging experiences.
- Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing initiatives. You'll track key metrics, gather insights, and report on results to ensure campaigns meet objectives and maximise ROI.
- Managing budgets efficiently to achieve the best possible outcomes from our marketing efforts. You'll allocate resources wisely and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Crafting persuasive content and optimise it for customer-centricity and discoverability is vital. You manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Conducting A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will drive success.
- Building strong relationships with customers and partners at events and through marketing activities.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a SaaS environment with a start-up mentality.
- Strong knowledge of Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
- Proficiency in managing LinkedIn campaigns and optimising budgets for maximum performance.
- You preferably have knowledge of HubSpot and its functionalities.
- Experience in organising and managing events from start to finish.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent writing skills and graphic design capabilities to create and test multiple visuals.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in written and spoken in Dutch and English.
