Responsibilities : As part of the Customer Success Team, you’ll...

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with complex key stakeholders across multiple regions
    • Work closely with customer teams and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery, knowing how to communicate with them in a relevant manner
    • Coach customers and manage their expectations and timelines, as well as providing expert input related to their collaboration with AELER.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as sales, operations, and finance to address customer needs and optimize business processes
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow revenue, identify new opportunities, and enhance customer satisfaction. Apply different strategies to various stakeholders to meet their specific needs
    • Help us to develop and maintain our market knowledge and contribute to operational process improvements that will enable us to achieve an awesome operational environment
    • Be an expert in the customer journey and will provide feedback to the Product team based on your customer insights.

    • To be a team player working closely with other teams
    • Great intuition, ability to see the bigger picture & potential in opportunities
    • Empathetic skills and proven experience at building relationships that focuses on understanding customer wants and needs to find win-win solutions
    • To learn quickly  with the ability to grasp and engage  with technical concepts
    • Strong communication skills and you have the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
    • Ideally 5 years of customer facing experience in a client success/support/sales role (experience in logistics is a plus)
    • Customer obsessed and willing to go the extra mile to overcome challenges in a collaborative and flexible manner
    • Highly autonomous and confident at thriving in a 100% remote environment
    • Fluent in English - An additional language to business proficiency is a bonus - the more the merrier!
