Responsibilities: As part of the IoT Team, you’ll...
- Collaborate with our operations team to plan on-site interventions, occasionally with limited time for preparation.
- Install new AELER IoT devices on shipping containers in remote ports or depots
- Replace defective units and perform basic troubleshooting (both hardware and software)
- Contribute to quality improvements by reporting back to the Quality team to help improve the product quality and Maintenance and Repair (M&R) procedures
Experience: To flourish in this role, you’ll need...
- Must have
- Background in electronics and/or automation with versatile technical skills
- Willingness to travel for remote installations and/or maintenance jobs
- A valid driver’s license (cat. B)
- Familiarity with common power tools such as drill driver and riveting gun
- Ability to improvise and solve problems creatively while on the go
- Full proficiency in English
- Nice to have
- Other languages (German, French, Portuguese).
