We’re looking for passionate recent graduates to join our Product Engineering organization. You will help us in Project Management of new developing modules in the Aera Data Science and/or Platform Engineering Teams and maintaining existing ones. You will work with team members, leads, and Architects from various Product Development Teams & also interact with Infrastructure & Support Teams. This role will require you to daily approach problems and participate in creating solutions or mitigating risks that impact the Software development Team.
You will host or participate in Daily SCRUM and/or Project Status Calls to discuss the health of ongoing projects.
This role will be based in our Pune office.
Responsibility
- You will attend Daily SCRUM Meetings for Cortex Projects and check if any assistance is needed for managing risks or issues with other Teams.
- You will create Standard Report on Project status and share Meeting minutes with action Items.
- You will be required to participate or facilitate dependency discussion amongst Cortex & Platform Engineering Teams.
- You will help in liaising with enabling Teams like Infrastructure/SRE, Documentation, UX, Production Support etc.
- You will be required to understand the Software Release process and host preparedness meetings around the same with various Leads from different areas.
- You will assist in organizing Product Backlog Items when needed by Development Teams.
- Good to have exposure to Software Processes, Quality & Procedures.
- Good to have exposure to Agile Frameworks and Agile /ALM tooling like Jira/Rally/ TFS
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills. Meticulous attention to detail.
- This is NOT a Coding/Technical Role.
- Quickly able to understand complex issues, absorb information.
- Must have Strong command of written and spoken English and be able to articulate thoughts and feedback in appropriate manner to an eclectic audience.
- Can start immediately and be available for a full time (in-office) internship
- Must be available for 6 months minimum. Successful completion of an internship with good performance will be considered for a permanent role
- Must have relevant educational skills and an interest in pursuing a career in technology
