We are seeking a highly motivated Automation and Data Curation intern to join our dynamic Support Engineering team. The primary focus of this internship will be on automation, building tools to improve problem analysis and troubleshooting, and curating content in support tickets to create data for Large Language Models.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with the Support team to identify opportunities for automation in support workflows.
- Design and develop tools/scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency in problem analysis and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with the Support team to curate content in support tickets, ensuring accurate and relevant information is captured for LLMs.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving support processes and customer experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
About You
- Having a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; graduated in 2023 or after
- Strong programming skills, particularly in SQL, Python or any other scripting language.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good to have familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Good to have previous experience in technical support or customer service.
