As part of the demand marketing team, you’ll help qualify and nurture leads and help the company grow a new pipeline. We are looking for someone that understands lead generation & nurturing, and you are not afraid to communicate with senior-level prospects. 

Your primary role is to follow up, qualify and nurture contacts generated from different programs. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven Lead Development professional to join the team. This position requires you to have some background in lead nurturing and development.    

Responsibilities

    • Focus on lead nurturing emails and follow-up process until ready to pass to sales
    • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to develop account based lead nurturing strategies.
    • Research and develop lead development programs for current and new accounts in a given territory. 
    • Manage a results-driven qualification process for contacts in a given territory. 
    • Research and profile contact information to better customize outreach for LinkedIn and email marketing. 
    • Reach out to prospects via social media as part of the lead nurture and follow-up.
    • Ability to wear different hats with style. This role features the opportunity to touch other marketing areas and collaborate to help achieve the team’s goal and objective.
    • Success will be measured in the number of new qualified leads that meet the company’s requirements.

About You

    • 1-3 years working at a SaaS company (especially targeting enterprise accounts)  
    • 1-3 years in lead qualification experience
    • Experience in sales or inside sales a plus
    • Expertise in communications and development of compelling messaging in a variety of tones: strong copywriting skills
    • Energetic, self-starter, passionate about professional integrity and excellence   
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you must take on multiple responsibilities and do what it takes to deliver results
    • Customer success-oriented attitude toward external and internal stakeholders
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms a plus (i.e., Hubspot)
    • Experience with Salesforce a plus
    • Bachelor’s Degree; Marketing/Communications preferred
