Here's the Deal
As the Master Scheduler you will report to the VP of Aircraft Development. Your primary goal will be to create and manage the integrated master schedule for the AS2 aircraft development program.

On any given day you might:

    • Create the integrated master schedule to meet program objectives
    • Track schedules, perform risk analyses, and identify conflicts
    • Effectively apply Gantt charts, PERT, milestone charts, EVMS, and other project management techniques
    • Work with IPTs to ensure schedule and budget forecasts are consistent
    • Allow for and incorporate work-arounds into the schedule as necessary to support critical path activities
    • Generate succinct & actionable metrics to enable management decisions
    • Notify management of personnel, equipment, or material shortages before they're a problem
    • Report on IPT cost and budgets (EVMS)

We’re looking for someone who has:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area (Master’s Degree preferred)
    • A minimum of 8 years relevant experience
    • Extensive experience in aerospace program planning, financial controls, and EVMS
    • Strong skills with Microsoft Project
    • Demonstrated success in Manufacturing Operations, Inventory, Shipping, Scheduling, or Production Control
    • Experience in a global environment working with customers and suppliers
    • Problem-solving skills across multi-disciplinary skill sets
    • Experience with commercial or business jet programs highly preferred
