ABOUT THIS ROLE
Aero is looking for a part-time Experience Specialist to join our Las Vegas team. As a Host, you will be the face of Aero in our Las Vegas FBO, and operate as a Ground Security Coordinator (GSC), keeping our guests and teammates safe through your deep understanding of TSA procedures and requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate as Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) at your location, applying a deep understanding of TSA procedures and requirements to ensure all guests and teammates comply with safety standards
- Drive net promoter score (NPS) by ensuring superior communication and personalized service to our guests - as well as playing a key role in service recovery in IROPS at your location, alongside your teammates
- Coordinate with FBO partner to ensure guest needs and Aero processes are met at all times
- Collaborate with our Host and Concierge Teams, Flight Crew, and Operations teams to make time-sensitive decisions regarding daily operations
- Stay up-to-date with and knowledgeable about all company and FAA policies and procedures and ensure all activities remain in accordance with the Concierge Playbook, Host Procedures Playbook, TSA security requirements, and Ground Handling Manual
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and troubleshooting of processes, procedures, and technologies at your location
- Other projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working in guest-facing roles (private aviation or luxury hospitality preferred)
- As this is a (DOT) safety-sensitive position as defined in 14 CFR part 120[1]: All prospective employees are subject to pre-employment testing and random testing throughout employment for the following drugs and their metabolites: Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opioids, and Phencyclidine (PCP)
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the role: working on your feet for at least 8 hours; walking at a fast pace; moving, pulling, carrying, or lift at least 50 lbs; occasionally kneeling, bending, carrying, and assisting around the aircraft
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work a schedule that includes early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to commute to/from Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport in less than 60 minutes
$22 - $22 an hour
This is a part-time fixed-term position (8-10 hours/week) with an anticipated end date of January 2026 and the possibility of renewal.
