We’re looking for a dedicated and service-driven Valet Parking Attendant to provide a seamless, welcoming, and high-end arrival experience for our guests. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Welcome Navigator: Be the first friendly face guests see, creating a warm and professional first impression with every arrival and departure.
- Parking Pro: Safely and efficiently park, retrieve, and manage guest vehicles, ensuring a smooth and organized valet service.
- Traffic Maestro: Maintain a steady flow at the entrance, assisting with luggage, opening doors, and guiding guests with confidence and courtesy.
- Guest Experience Enhancer: Provide clear directions, answer questions, and offer local recommendations, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
- Safety Sentinel: Follow strict safety and security protocols to guarantee the well-being of guests, vehicles, and colleagues.
- Detail Champion: Keep the valet area clean, organized, and efficient, maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.
- Guest Comfort Specialist: Under the responsibility of the Management, your main mission will be the well-being of our guests. Welcome guests and organize their stay by monitoring their activities and needs daily.
- Loyalty Builder: Create strong connections with guests through a personalized approach and expert advice.
- Seamless Communicator: Read and assimilate daily tasks through fluid communication with colleagues to ensure smooth service.
- Service Anticipator: Predict guests' needs (laundry, bar and pool service, concierge, massages...) to provide an effortless experience.
- Luggage Guardian: Manage and check luggage and the luggage room with precision and care.
- Hotel Supporter: Provide general support in different hotel areas when needed, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Lobby Perfectionist: Organize, clean, and tidy the lobby to maintain a welcoming and polished environment.

Core Competencies:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
- More than 2 years’ experience in hospitality is an advantage.
- Natural Host: Passion for hospitality and guest service is at the heart of everything you do.
- Flexible and Adaptable: Comfortable with variable hours and schedules.
- Decision Maker: Ability to make considered decisions and provide constructive feedback.
- Guest Whisperer: Listen, understand, and clarify customer concerns with ease.
