Key Responsibilities

    • Sell the Agent IQ Engagement service to financial institutions
    • Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective business
    • Connect with senior executives in financial services institutions to understand their needs and challenges
    • Quickly follow up and qualify all incoming leads for the territory
    • Present the Agent IQ service and demo the platform 
    • Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery calls all the way through contract discussions and launch
    • Provide ongoing customer feedback to the Product and Marketing teams


    • Ability to influence and persuade others, bridge differences and build consensus towards a common goal or objective
    • Leadership and communication, and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with key internal and external partners
    • Ability to manage and coach sales professionals based on their individual backgrounds, experience levels and skill sets
    • Setting and implementing strategy
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills to determine the needs of the organization and implement feasible solutions
    • Technologically savvy with strength in communicating business value
    • Ability to travel up to 50%


    • 5+ years experience in selling technology solutions to financial institutions
    • Experience selling into senior levels in financial institutions
    • Deep understanding of the mid-size bank and credit union space
    • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets and quotas
    • Technical knowledge of digital products in the cloud
    • BA in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
