🎯 Your Mission :
As Banking Connectivity Consultant for the Spanish & UK/US market, you will play a key role in the Global Banking Connectivity team, whose mission is to support our customers in complex banking connectivity implementations, develop our knowledge and improve our organization on the banking connectivity.
Implementation Consultant:
• Engage with banking partners to gather technical documentation and API credentials.
• Map banking capabilities to the SaaS platform's needs.
• Build and configure bank connections using established banking protocols (EBICS, EDITRAN, SWIFT, AFTs, etc)
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations (e.g., PSD2, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.) and industry standards.
• Conduct integration testing (Unit tests) with banks and internal QA teams, and support user acceptance testing when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, authentication, or data transformation issues.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of all bank connections and workflows.
• Provide ongoing support for connection issues, bank upgrades, and platform enhancements.
• Liaise between engineering, onboarding team, and banking partners.
• Act as a subject matter expert for bank connectivity topics in cross-functional teams.
⭐️ What we are looking for :
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Data or any other related field.
- Fluent in English, with additional working proficiency in Spanish.
- 1-2 years of experience in client centric roles ideally in a banking/finance/SaaS environment. Familiarity with banking protocols or implementation of a TMS is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, Python is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-growing environment.
- Ability to work with a variety of teams (customer success, sales, product, marketing etc.).
