As a Field Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth within the UK market and you will support our exploration of the US market. Collaborating with our local sales and partnership team and the global marketing team, you'll report directly to Lisa Schöberl, Global Head of Field Marketing while maintaining close communication with William Fairbairn, our Country Manager for the UK. Additionally, this role will be responsible for analysing and reporting on campaign effectiveness to determine future investment.

You'll become an integral part of a young, motivated team of experts, offering ample opportunities for innovation, dynamism, and autonomy.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage marketing campaigns to drive lead generation in the UK and US markets
- Utilise a mix of marketing channels to build awareness and progress prospects through the funnel
- Collaborate with headquarters to execute localised performance marketing campaigns and strategically place content in diverse media
- Optimise new and existing partnerships with the Partnerships team
- Manage field and regional events, both virtual and in-person, including logistics and speaker coordination
- Communicate plans and details across teams to build strong relationships and alignment
- Analyse KPIs and insights to target prospects effectively and optimize campaign performance
- Stay informed on industry trends to target messaging effectively
- Refine activities to maximise ROI and focus on demo and MRR (monthly recurring revenue) generation
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective enablement and follow-up
- Cultivate the AGICAP brand as a leading authority in cash flow management software in the UK and US markets
- Independently manage projects, including customer video testimonials, from requirements gathering to completion

Qualifications:

- Fluency in English, with strong business proficiency.
- 3-5 years of experience in a rapidly evolving environment, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector with a focus on mid-market companies
- A highly sales-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional project management abilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Ambitious, goal-driven, and hands-on approach to tasks.
- Proven ability to work both independently and in a structured manner, effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
