These additional resources further fuel our product innovation, allowing us to grow significantly the team by welcoming new talents and accelerating our international expansion across Europe. As part of this effort, Agicap is now creating a CEO office to support its growth and scale. 

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic professional to join this newly created CEO Office, reporting to the Chief of Staff. You will play a vital role in supporting the CEO and executive leadership team through project management, cross-functional coordination, and both internal and external communications. This position offers significant exposure to top management and the companyโ€™s most pressing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

    • Track, coordinate, and drive progress on key strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives (e.g. Operational Efficiency, Growth Initiatives)
    • Prepare and coordinate internal communications, including company-wide announcements, to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization
    • Assist in preparing external communications, such as presentations and reports for investors, board members, and public platforms
    • Facilitate alignment within the leadership team by promoting transparency, efficient information flow, and collaboration across departments
    • Help manage leadership team routines, including agenda setting, preparation of materials, and following up on key actions and decisions
    • Contribute to onboarding and integration of new executive leaders
    • Provide research, data analysis, and benchmarking to inform strategic decision-making and planning
    • Serve as a flexible, rapid-response resource to the CEO and Chief of Staff for urgent, high-impact projects that emerge
    • Support change management and the rollout of organizational changes

Qualifications

    • 2-5 years of experience in management or strategy consulting, investment banking, SaaS business operations, or similar fields
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives concurrently
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including in English
    • Analytical thinker with experience in qualitative and quantitative research
    • Proven capacity to work collaboratively in a high-performing, cross-functional team environment
    • High level of discretion and ability to work with sensitive information
    • Masters degree in a top engineering, business school or university
