Team: all members of the FR CS Tech team (5 people in Lyon, 5 people in Lisbon) 

The mission of the CS Tech team is to optimise customer utilisation by helping them integrate all the data they need to manage their cash flow on Agicap, as quickly, reliably and automatically as possible. 

As experts in all data integration technologies (PSD2, API, Excel (matrixes), EBICS, AFT, etc.), the customer success technical team is in daily contact with our customers and other CS teams, acting as an internal support provider.

🎯 The Team Leader's missions :

    • Performance management: individual coaching and pipeline reviews to ensure objectives are met and team members' skills are enhanced
    • Definition of individual and team objectives (monthly)
    • Implementation of new processes, quality standards, ops models and improved performance management to ensure full potential in 2024
    • General organisation and training of the team to guarantee the deadlines and quality of daily missions
    • Recruitment and management of the recruitment plan
    • Identifying and prioritising improvement projects (processes, tools, etc.) - carrying them out and/or helping team members to carry them out successfully
    • Coordinating and assessing needs with other teams (integration, KAM, product, international CST, etc.)
    • Report to the COO

⭐ What we are looking for :

    • You are a team player with a desire to learn and share your knowledge
    • You have a 5-year degree from an engineering or business school
    • You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position
    • Ideally, you have experience with lean management
    • Native/Fluent english speaker, french is a plus
    • You are passionate about technology
    • You're ambitious, humble and attracted by the start-up spirit
