With our newest addition in Lisbon, opened in April 2023, we aim to build an international hub that represents all our markets. This hub will foster collaboration and innovation among Agicapians, focusing on our key business departments: Sales and Customer Success. We started with 5 employees and aim to grow to nearly 100 Agicapians by 2025. This hub is crucial for leading Agicap's growth journey, and we encourage all Agicapians to share their ideas on how we can make it a success.

As a Data Integration Expert you will be the main technical point of contact for our customers during the Agicap setup phase and beyond. Working with customers, you will ensure that Agicap is successfully integrated with all relevant data sources. You will primarily work with all kind of companies.
🎯 What you will do :
- You manage the ERP (SAP, Sage, Datev etc.) integration process with our customers and ensure that Agicap is connected to all necessary data sources without errors
- You coordinate all internal & external stakeholders (IT partner contacts, customer success team, etc.), lead the conversation and always keep track of the progress of the project
- You advise our customers during the integration process on the best possible technical setup with regard to data integration
- You work closely with our onboarding team to ensure that technical setup and product training are optimally aligned
- You act as an interface between the product team and our customers by transparently communicating customer feedback to the product team. In this way, you make a significant contribution to improving our software
- You will become a specialist for a topic in the technical area in order to promote the exchange of knowledge both internally and between the teams
⭐️ What we are looking for :
- You have gained initial professional experience in technically-oriented roles or roles with a lot of customer contact (customer success, technical customer service, sales engineering, IT project management, etc.)
- You have strong Python proficiency and Excel + SQL skills as a plus
- You are able to communicate technically complex topics clearly and simply to customers
- You are very structured and pragmatic in your work
- You have successfully completed your university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) or your computer science training
- You are curious and structured and can deal with changing priorities on a daily basis
- You have a C2 level command of written and spoken English

HOW DO YOU BECOME PART OF THE TEAM?
Our interview process takes an average of 2 weeks and generally consists of
- First meeting with the Talent Acquisition team
- A role play or case study with the respective department
- Final round with management (and sometimes C-level decision-maker)
