We're looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Sales Operations Manager who supports our Sales team with operational excellence, strategic thinking, and the mindset to constantly challenge and improve how we work. You will be responsible for ensuring the sales team has the tools, data, and processes they need to operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.

Your Responsibilities

 Lead & Pipeline Management
- Create, enrich, and distribute lead lists in collaboration with SDRs
- Support pipeline reviews and identify conversion gaps
- Align with Team Leads to define and track improvement measures
- Ensure smooth handover and lead flow across the funnel

CRM & Process Enablement
- Administer and optimize HubSpot in collaboration with the CRM team: manage users, workflows, and dashboards for management and sales teams.
- Ensure documentation, training, and proper use of the CRM by SDRs.
- Enrich existing databases and ensure data quality in HubSpot.
- Implement and optimize sales automation tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Zapier, Captain data, etc.).

Reporting & Analysis
- Establish and maintain reporting routines to monitor sales performance.
- Analyze data from HubSpot and Looker to identify levers for improving prospecting and lead management.
- Support sales leadership by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Improvement of Sales Processes
- Challenge the status quo and suggest smarter solutions
- Experiment with automation tools (e.g., GPT, Zapier, Make) to improve workflows
- Advocate for scalable, tech-enabled processes across department
- Serve as connector between Sales, Marketing, and other teams

Required Skills and Experience

    • You have first experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis or similar role, ideally in a fast-growing startup
    • You have an analytical mindset and know how to transform data into actionable recommendations.
    • You are proficient with CRM tools (ideally HubSpot), sales automation tools, and Excel/GSheet.
    • You are autonomous, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in parallel.
    • Background in Economics, Data science or similar field
    • Interest in AI Automation with first experience as a plus
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to drive alignment between teams
    • You are fluent in both German and English

Our interview process takes between 3 and 14 days and consists of
 - First meeting with the Talent Acquisition team
 - A role play or case study with the respective department
 - Final round with management (and sometimes C-level decision-maker)
