As the Go-to-Market Manager for Connectivity, you will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure the successful launch and adoption of our products in the market.

Multiple connectivity topics require a go-to-market approach and coordination. It is namely the case for our new Banking & ERP Connectivity offer, as well as for further developments around integrations capabilities with banks, ERPs, and other tools regarding :

1. Bank statement and banking data integration
2. Forecasting data integration
3. Payment data integration
4. Accounting data integration

Key responsibilities

Specifically on the connectivity scope, you wil participate in :

1. Exploring and evaluate market needs with teams, clients, prospects, and integrators.
2. Positioning offer and ensure that the value proposition effectively connects with the target audience, emphasizing how the offering addresses their challenges or meets their requirements.
3. Deploying Agicap connectivity among client base
4. Enabling Sales & Customer Success teams to equip them with the necessary training, knowledge and resources.

Set of responsibilities for a Go-to-Market manager include :

Product launches coordination:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, support, etc.) to ensure a smooth product launch
- Align all marketing teams around a playbook of actions to support a product launch (Support Marketing Managers and Paid team for campaign planning, collaborate with the content team and SEO to plan product-related blog posts and articles, collaborate with studio to build supporting design assets…)

Positioning and messaging: Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience

Pricing: Develop pricing strategies to support product launches while remaining consistent with existing Agicap policy.

Sales Enablement:
- Create sales collateral (pitch decks, case studies, product videos, emails) to support product launches
- Train the sales team on product benefits, value proposition, and basic technical knowledge to support product launches

Market research and analysis: Benchmark competitors and their offerings to identify gaps and build battlecards along product launches

Performance monitoring
- For main launches, define Total Addressable Market and suggested target acquisition/activation trajectory at D+30, D+90, D+180, D+360
- Monitor and report on acquisition/activation performance with systematic retrospectives at D+30, D+90, D+180, D+360.

Qualifications :

    • 2+ years of experience in ERP or Banking connectivity fields.
    • Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams to achieve common goals.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong ownership to lead end-to-end projects in autonomy (milestones, deadlines, interlocutors mapping…)
    • Advanced communication skills (written, oral, visual) and ability to interact with multiple Teams (Product, CS, Sales, Marketing), understanding in depth their respective stakes
    • High level of exigence regarding all outputs (in terms of structure, writing, business relevance of illustrations and videos of the tool…)
    • ‘Doer’ mindset, eager to test and learn by him / herself
    • Strong proactivity and willingness to try / dare new directions
    • Performance-driven and feedback collection mindset
